Job Title : Technical Writer

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, write, and maintain technical documentation including user guides, API documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
Collaborate with engineering, product, and QA teams to gather technical information and ensure accuracy
Simplify complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand documentation
Maintain documentation standards, templates, and style guides
Review and update existing documentation to ensure consistency and relevance
Create process documentation, workflow diagrams, and release notes
Ensure documentation is aligned with product updates and releases
Manage documentation repositories and version control systems
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Technical Writer with strong documentation experience
Experience writing technical documents such as APIs, system architecture, and user manuals
Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, MadCap Flare, or similar)
Basic understanding of software development concepts (SDLC, APIs, databases)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Knowledge of markup languages (Markdown, HTML, XML)
Experience with version control tools like Git
Background in IT, software engineering, or related field
Nice to Have:

Experience creating diagrams using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Draw.io
Exposure to API documentation tools like Swagger/OpenAPI
Understanding of UX writing principles
