The Role Everpure is seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Product Marketing leader to serve as a Product Marketing Director for our Virtualization Solutions. In this high-visibility leadership position, you will develop and execute global marketing campaigns, launch new solutions for our Virtualization portfolio, and enable the Everpure field and partners to bring our Virtualization solutions to market.
As a proven leader in enterprise product or solutions marketing, you possess a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and customer insights. You will drive marketing campaign strategies, lead solution launch activities, and accelerate demand for our rapidly growing set of Virtualization solutions.
What You’ll Do Architect GTM Strategy: Leverage customer insights, industry knowledge and competitive intelligence to define the GTM strategy and prioritized solutions with Commercial and Enterprise segment leaders.
Drive Campaign Alignment: Align with marketing leadership to prioritize investments in campaigns for these solutions and deliver messaging and content that bring campaigns to life.
Forge High-Impact Messaging: Oversee the development of content for Sales, Customer Support, Communications, and others, including sales training, positioning, FAQs, battlecards, and more.
Enable Global Sales and Partners: Create high-velocity sales tools—battlecards, positioning guides, training modules—to empower field teams and channel partners to win in a competitive landscape.
Office Presence: Primarily in-office; expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with policy, unless on PTO, travel, or other approved leave.
What You Bring Product Marketing Leadership: Demonstrated expertise in leading high-growth B2B technology marketing functions, with mastery of positioning products within virtualization, SaaS, or enterprise infrastructure domains.
Strategic Storytelling and Domain Depth: Ability to translate deep technical concepts into compelling business narratives for IT audiences, with strong market and competitive insight.
Executive Influence and Collaboration: Proven ability to build cross-functional alliances with Sales and Product leaders to influence roadmaps and drive GTM alignment.
Operational Excellence: Strong written and verbal communication skills focused on delivering high-quality content that drives business outcomes and KPIs.
Compensation and Benefits The annual base salary range is $211,000 - $338,000 USD .
Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
