Responsibilities

Manage the full life-cycle of post-production projects, including coordinating post-production, motion graphics, and visual effects through the post-production workflow.
Lead the client and artist sides of the project pipeline; manage client expectations and project scope diplomatically and confidently.
Oversee scripting, edits and editors, deliver projects for review online and in person, and communicate feedback between clients and our creative directors.
Track and manage budgets and timelines, ensuring quality and efficiency without sacrificing standards.
Act as QC for rounds going to the client and help the team run efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with showrunners, documentary and narrative filmmakers, and brands on live action edits, explainers, infographics, title design, data visualizations, graphics packages and typography.
May perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Experience managing edits and tracking graphics or VFX shots using a shot-tracking system (e.g., ftrack, ShotGrid or equivalent).
Experience post-producing finishing work is a bonus.
Proficiency with Apple/mac workstation; OS X proficient.
Experience with standard word processing and spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets).
Ftrack for project management; familiarity with Slack for communication.
Strong communication skills across clients, creatives, and leadership; self-starter with high organization and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; proactive problem-solving and decision making.
Comfortable seeking clarification when a process is unclear; excellent video call, phone, and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of animation or visual effects processes with Nuke, After Effects and/or Cinema4D or equivalent; scheduling experience with project management tools (e.g., ftrack, gantt schedulers, calendar apps or spreadsheets).
Experience tracking and actualizing budgets for film or video projects.
Confidentiality and professional discretion in all work-related matters.
Education And Experience

5+ years of experience producing or coordinating post-production projects that include animation, motion design or visual effects.
Shot tracking and progress tracking for multiple deliverables in a single project (using spreadsheets, ShotGrid, or ftrack).
High school diploma/GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Expected Hours Of Work

This is a hybrid role at our studio in Wheat Ridge, CO with four days in office and one remote working day per week, approximately 40-45 hours per week, exempt from overtime. Typical hours are 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
