Job Description
Responsibilities include:
Developed & managed PMO Coordinator Assistant and other support staff per corporate guidelines.
Planned departmental meetings, conferences, workshops, networking events & team activities, monitoring timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
Managed event planning: venue acquisition, menu selection, seating arrangements, decorations, design creation for event marketing materials, payment coordination, securing speakers and topics, initiating publicization via save‑the‑dates, invitations, managed RSVP list, correspondence; analyzed feedback to assure future member satisfaction; organized over 30 events per year with average attendance of 25‑200.
Oversaw all aspects of departmental training: training launches, routine communication, content‑material uniformity, delivery tracking, proposals, training reports, supply ordering, welcome packages, certificates of completion, ensuring all training requirements are met.
Supported growth through development of collateral, proposals, press releases, web/online content.
Developed & managed corporate communications plan & strategy for uniformity per corporate guidelines.
Oversaw sourcing & negotiation with outside vendors for production of print & promotional materials.
Led development of marketing plans and statements of work.
Launched, communicated & tracked global engineering conventions & training.
Created & updated presentation files.
