Digital Media Producer

Location: New York City, NY

Overview
Seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in graphic design, motion graphics, and client service to produce and manage digital content displayed. This role supports high-profile daily events, premium corporate brand initiatives, and both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Identify client digital branding needs per event; submit mockups, revise designs, and secure approvals

Design content for digital signage and external social/broadcast media channels

Maintain quality control of content and scheduling across all digital displays

Process display assets including logos, videos, and animations

Execute creative graphic design and motion graphics for daily events

Collaborate with colleagues to integrate Marketing and Branding initiatives

Uphold department guidelines, best practices, and documentation standards

Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends

Qualifications (Required)

1-3 years multimedia or related field experience

Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (graphic design)

Adobe After Effects (motion graphics)

Strong graphic design portfolio (branding, composition, photography)

MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

Exceptional written & verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and time management

Deadline-driven; ability to multitask in dynamic environments

Preferred

Video production and post-production experience (Adobe Premiere Pro, encoding formats)

Experience with Digital Display / Asset Management systems (e.g., Haivision/CoolSign)

Creative problem-solving ability in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
