Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Production Manager/Approval Manager to join our team in Austin, TX. This is a full‑time, on‑site role where your key responsibilities will include overseeing the loan production process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing the approvals of loan files. You will collaborate closely with loan officers, underwriters, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate loan processing. Additional tasks may involve process optimization, team training, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients and partners.
