Account Manager, Sports Partnerships
The Account Manager, Sports Partnerships is a revenue-driving role focused on acquiring inventory, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding business within the sports and entertainment ecosystem. This individual will identify new opportunities, manage key relationships, participate in daily inventory buying, and represent the company at major industry events. The role requires a strong network, sales acumen, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Participate in daily inventory purchases and identify new business opportunities
Acquire ticket inventory from sports rights holders with a focus on pricing and selection strategy
Build, manage, and grow relationships with leagues, venues, and key stakeholders
Collaborate with the Pricing Team to optimize sell-through and sales strategies
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity within the CRM system
Develop executive-level relationships with key decision-makers
Leverage industry network to generate referrals and expand account base
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Partner with internal teams including marketing, product, and customer service
Provide market insights to inform strategy, product development, and positioning
Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials

Essential Duties
Meet or exceed daily activity metrics including calls and appointments
Conduct both in-person and virtual sales presentations
Manage the onboarding process for new clients
Maintain and update CRM with leads, contacts, and deal progress
Qualify inbound opportunities and manage the full sales cycle
Execute sales campaigns and training initiatives as directed
Deliver a high level of customer service at all times

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or related field preferred
Minimum one year of proven sales success
Experience in primary or secondary ticket markets required, both preferred
Strong existing network within sports and entertainment industry preferred
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to interact with executive-level stakeholders
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism and discretion

Additional Requirements
Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and travel as needed
Adaptable, dependable, and team-oriented mindset

Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $55,000 to $80,000 plus commission
Full-time, benefits-eligible position

Hybrid role based in Las Vegas preferred, remote considered for the right candidate
