Position Description

Morgan-Keller, a third-generation commercial construction firm with over 70 years of excellence, is seeking an adaptable and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role supports company-wide marketing, branding, and business development efforts while collaborating closely with leadership and project teams.

What You'll Do:

Support marketing and business development initiatives across all Groups and Divisions
Assist with branding, communications, PR, and digital content management
Maintain websites, social media, marketing collateral, and photo libraries
Prepare RFQ/RFP responses, proposals, prequalification packages, and award submissions
Coordinate PR events, sponsorships, newsletters, email marketing, and internal publications
Manage CRM data (Cosential), project lists, and marketing databases
Conduct market research and support annual BD/Marketing planning
Provide administrative support to senior executives and assist with employee engagement activities
Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies
Position Requirements

What You Bring: Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; design skills plus
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Education in marketing, communications, PR, or related preferred
