Bighorn Law is seeking a highly organized, strategic, and execution-focused Director of Marketing to lead and manage end-to-end marketing initiatives for our growing firm. This role bridges marketing strategy, campaign execution, and project management, ensuring that all marketing efforts are aligned, compliant, and driving measurable results. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in marketing program/campaign management; the ability to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously while collaborating cross-functionally with attorneys, leadership, and external partners; and the ability to process marketing data, ensuring objectives are being met, analyzing strengths and weaknesses, and looking for untapped opportunities. This role is critical to ensuring that marketing initiatives are delivered on time, on brand, and in compliance with legal standards/requirements, all while supporting the firm’s growth objectives. Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management • Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and local channels • Partner with firm leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals, practice area growth, and geographic priorities • Manage campaign lifecycles from concept through execution, optimization, and reporting • Identify opportunities to expand into new markets, audiences and case types (e.g., mass torts, personal injury niches) Program & Project Management • Serve as the central point of coordination for all marketing initiatives • Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines and deliverables across campaigns • Prioritize and balance multiple concurrent projects across practice areas and markets • Implement and maintain marketing workflows, processes, and best practices to improve efficiency and scalability • Track progress and proactively address risks, bottlenecks, or resource constraints • Manage, improve, and create business development initiatives to expand Bighorn Law’s client base and revenue Cross-Functional Collaboration • Collaborate with attorneys, intake teams and leadership to develop campaigns that align with client needs and firm priorities • Manage relationships with external vendors, including agencies, media buyers and technology partners • Partner with legal teams to ensure all marketing materials meet applicable compliance, advertising, and ethical standards • Coordinate with intake teams to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and lead handling processes Performance Tracking & Optimization • Define campaign KPIs and track performance across channels (e.g., cost per lead, case acquisition, ROI) • Analyze data and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness • Develop regular reporting for leadership, highlighting performance, trends, and opportunities • Continuously test and refine messaging, targeting and channel strategies • Brand Content Oversight, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials • Oversee the development of content and social media • Maintain quality control and accuracy of all public-facing materials What Success In This Role Looks Like • Marketing campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with firm priorities • Clear visibility into campaign performance and ROI • Improved coordination between marketing, attorneys, and intake teams • Scalable marketing processes that support firm growth across markets • Increased quality and volume of qualified leads and cases • Leading the marketing team to achieve defined goals and ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms Qualifications: Requirements • Minimum of three years’ experience in managing marketing teams • Minimum of one year’s experience in a director / senior level position • Proven experience in an Executive Marketing role, preferably within the legal or professional services sector • Proficient in evaluating marketing analytics • Strong copywriting skills • Proficient with various CRMs to track and engage followers by segments • Experience using industry-standard marketing technology and software • BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration, or related area of study is preferred Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 yearly
