About this role
Account Executives on the Commercial team will prospect, consult, and sell to companies with up to 1,250 employees, focusing on Professional Services, Consulting, Financial Services, Technology, and Manufacturing. This role handles both transactional and long term strategic deals across new business and existing clients.
About your skills
Account Management: You independently manage a portfolio of accounts, owning customer relationships, retention, and revenue growth. You develop and execute account plans, proactively identify needs, collaborate internally, resolve complex issues, and pursue upsell/cross sell opportunities. You maintain accurate CRM records.
Prioritization: You strategically focus on high value opportunities, qualify leads, and allocate time to key accounts. By saying "no" to low impact activities, you deploy resources efficiently and exceed sales targets.
Critical Thinking: Your curiosity drives deep discovery. You ask insightful questions to uncover core issues and generate creative business solutions.
Coachability: You seek continuous skill development, mentor others, and share feedback. You thrive in a collaborative environment and demonstrate emotional intelligence and initiative.
What you’ll be doing
Consistently prospect to generate a quality pipeline.
Own the deal cycle from discovery through closing, expanding current accounts, and applying the Create Value methodology and MEDDPICC framework.
Deliver accurate sales forecasts with strong pipeline hygiene.
Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and innovate.
Embrace a culture of experimentation to improve sales processes.
Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant closing experience (full sales cycle preferred).
Proven track record of success.
B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
Strong communication, strategic thinking, prospecting, and planning skills.
Adaptability and a growth mindset.
Motivation, competitive spirit, and humility.

Compensation includes a base salary, equity, and uncapped OTE with a range of $122,000 - $153,000 USD.
