As our Account Executive on the Commercial Entertainment team, you will be responsible for providing the highest quality service to customers, selling new lines of coverage and cross‑selling within the existing book of business. The AE will be the day‑to‑day liaison between the insurance company (MIB) and designated accounts, managing and controlling the relationships with clients.
Daily servicing of customers will include addressing various coverage issues, contract analysis, exposure analysis, handling all inside-service work associated with the clients’ accounts—including endorsement activity, routine coverage questions, problem solving, renewal control, preparation of formal proposals, and binding policies.
Build and maintain constructive and effective relationships with clients, meeting and exceeding client expectations at all times.
Provide consistent, accurate, timely and pertinent communication to clients through emails, phone contact and meetings.
Respond to client inquiries within a 24‑hour timeline.
Resolve or assist with service or claims issues.
Assist in designing or independently design insurance plans for clients, thinking about out‑of‑the‑box solutions.
Assist clients in making appropriate coverage changes; make each contact a marketing opportunity.
Conduct face‑to‑face meetings to review summary reports, make presentations, and maintain client relationships as necessary.
Inform and educate clients about coverage, exclusions, exposures, gaps and stewardship programs.
Monitor and review client satisfaction at least quarterly; report findings to the Producer.
College degree preferred (high school diploma required).
Current California Department of Insurance license.
3‑7 years of experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to use computer keyboard and sit in a stationary position for extended periods, and use office machinery such as fax and copy machines and telephones.
Work performed in a typical interior/office environment.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $56,400 to $150,500. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives.
