Responsibilities
Business Immersion: Conduct deep dives into the client’s product and market to align strategies with core objectives and drive bottom-line results.
Client Relationship Management: Build trust-based partnerships, manage client expectations, and proactively mitigate risks before they become critical.
Stakeholder Communication: Lead all written and verbal communications, conduct regular syncs, and present team performance and future roadmaps.
Reporting & Transparency: Maintain regular reporting to ensure full operational visibility and demonstrate value to the client.
Team Leadership: Orchestrate team workflows, help prioritize tasks, and structure deliverables based on client needs.
Account Growth: Expand the portfolio by identifying opportunities for additional services and providing expert support during the pre-sale phase.
Requirements
2+ years of experience working with clients in Western markets.
Sales/Upsell experience, with the ability to identify opportunities for expanding client partnerships where it provides genuine value to both parties.
Proficient in English at a C1+ level (fluent in negotiations, strong storytelling and presentation skills).
Experience in complex negotiations and defending team interests, with the ability to set realistic client expectations and manage risks.
Client-oriented and focused on identifying client needs.
Result-oriented: Able to listen to the core of a client's request and identify the real business problem that needs to be solved.
Able to independently plan, analyze, and organize own work and the work of the team to achieve results.
Knowledge of major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) will be a plus.
