Director of Marketing Location: Los Angeles, CA (In-Person)
About the Role We're seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to lead our restaurant marketing strategy with a focus on digital channels, customer engagement, and brand growth. This role requires hands-on restaurant industry experience and expertise in driving traffic, loyalty, and revenue through modern marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across social media, SEO, paid search, and email
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive foot traffic and online ordering
Build and scale our customer loyalty program to increase repeat visits and lifetime value
Lead social media strategy across all platforms, creating engaging content that drives community engagement
Oversee SEO strategy to improve local search rankings and organic visibility
Analyze marketing performance metrics and ROI to optimize campaign effectiveness
Manage marketing budget and vendor relationships
Collaborate with operations team to ensure marketing initiatives align with guest experience
Stay current on restaurant industry trends and emerging digital marketing opportunities
Required Qualifications 7+ years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in the restaurant industry
Proven track record managing social media for restaurant brands
Strong expertise in Google Ads, SEO, and digital advertising platforms
Experience building and managing customer loyalty programs
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Excellent project management and leadership abilities
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
