McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center is your community medical provider, serving the Willamette Valley and its residents. Our 113-bed hospital offers inpatient, outpatient, diagnostic, medical, surgical and emergency care. We are a family of caregivers offering care to our larger family - our community.

Job Summary:
Supports the strategic objectives of the hospital and affiliated practices
Develops and implements marketing plans
Provides content and strategic direction, manages budgets, and gives final approval for all advertising projects
Utilizes various technologies and planforms in the management of social media, collateral and online reputations responses
Assists in the development of new programs and services
Represents the hospital to the community
Actively communicates and establishes relationships with community partners
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated experience managing media relations
Experience managing projects, people and budgets
Strong work ethic, self-directed, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision
Demonstrated experience working effectively and collaboratively as part of a team
Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to exceptional customer service
Ability to handle multiple, high-priority tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in Marketing and/or Public Relations
Healthcare experience is strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or administrative area required
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint required
Familiarity with Adobe design products preferred
