Location: This is a field-based role supporting the northern part of Belgium, combining field-based work and working from home. Candidates must be based in Northern Belgium.

The Opportunity:
As a Key Account Manager , you will drive growth across a defined portfolio of high-potential customers, identifying and developing targeted opportunities while managing national key account contracts. By building deep customer understanding, developing strategic account plans, and anticipating industry trends, you will deliver innovative solutions that strengthen long-term partnerships.
Working collaboratively with internal teams, you will achieve measurable results, including increased revenue, improved customer satisfaction, and sustained customer loyalty.
What You Will Be Doing
Manage and grow a defined customer portfolio, driving revenue growth, exceeding KPIs, and increasing share of wallet.
Build strong, long-term customer relationships to support contract retention and portfolio expansion.
Own and manage the sales pipeline, executing strategic account plans in close collaboration with Account Development Representatives.
Deliver Sales, Gross Margin, Gross Profit, Own Brand, and Value-Added Solutions growth targets across the district portfolio.
Leverage Salesforce to analyse customer data, identify opportunities, and grow existing business.
Deploy RS Value and Technical Propositions to secure long-term customer agreements and sustainable growth.
Drive adoption of inventory management solutions in line with agreed targets.
What You’ll Bring
Fluent in Dutch and English; French language skills are an advantage but not essential.
Proven consultative sales experience, with the ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
Strong track record in growing and retaining key accounts, delivering consistent commercial results and exceeding targets.
Solid business acumen, leveraging data and insights to identify growth opportunities and drive effective account planning.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
A customer-centric and results-driven mindset, with experience in negotiation and contract delivery.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 3 years’ experience in a commercial or sales role, and a demonstrated focus on achieving results.
