Digital Media Intern – Spring 2025

Social Media & Event Marketing Internship Assist in the planning and coordination of promotional events
Support the Brand teams to execute program segments
Assist with post-event reporting, display coordination, and on-site event management
Track project progress to ensure timelines are followed and updated accordingly
Prepping for events
Setting up the booth
Compiling unanswered questions or issues from events in a clear and concise format
Supporting and organizing with external vendors
Tracking event sales and interactions
Writing engaging marketing plans for our clients, analyzing seasonality, search trends, client expectations, and possible opportunities
Researching the brand to become familiar with the identity
Creating content
Updating social media accounts with new images when needed
Monitoring social media metrics
Researching target markets to adapt content accordingly
