Role Description
PayKings is hiring an Inside Sales Account Executive to work inbound leads generated through our marketing channels. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lehi, Utah.
This position focuses on consultative sales and account acquisition, helping business owners find the right payment processing solution for their company. Leads are generated through PayKings’ marketing and referral channels, and the Account Executive is responsible for guiding prospective merchants through the application, underwriting, and onboarding process.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable speaking with business owners, and motivated to close deals in a high-volume inbound sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound merchant inquiries and qualified leads
- Conduct discovery calls with business owners to understand payment processing needs
- Educate prospective merchants on PayKings’ payment solutions and pricing structures
- Guide merchants through the application and underwriting process
- Manage opportunities through the sales pipeline from initial contact to approval
- Maintain accurate records in the company CRM
- Collaborate with underwriting and onboarding teams to ensure smooth merchant approvals
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue and account activation targets
Qualifications
- Experience in inside sales, account executive, or merchant services sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to confidently speak with business owners and decision makers
- Highly organized with strong pipeline management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced inbound sales environment
- Experience using CRM systems is preferred
- Prior experience in payments, merchant services, fintech, or financial services is highly preferred
