Job Duties
Build creative strategies, invent creative ad concepts and campaigns that balance the needs of our clients with the tastes of our audience. Write concept pitches, RFP responses and communications that embody Reddit's sensibilities with a focus on QSR and CPG business verticals. Help translate client value propositions into language and creative visuals that Redditors find appealing and actionable. Create deliverables in the form of narrative-driven presentations, white papers, and digital or IRL workshops that convey Reddit’s Business proposition creative success strategies in support of specific business goals. Act as a creative consultant and platform expert to Reddit's advertiser sales teams, with a concentration in QSR and CPG. Part‑time telecommuting is an option. Hybrid work from Reddit office in New York, NY. Employer will accept a 3- or 4-year bachelor’s degree.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign equivalent) in Public Relations, Media, Communications, or closely related quantitative discipline and four (4) years of experience in any occupation in related field.

Pay Transparency
Base pay range for this position is: $139,900.00 - $195,900.00 USD. In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission.
