Hearst Newspapers is looking for a driven Strategic Account Executive to join our Dallas team. This is a full-cycle, new business-focused sales role where you’ll be responsible for prospecting, closing, and growing new accounts, while building long-term partnerships with local and regional companies.

Own the full sales cycle—prospect, pitch, close, and grow accounts across digital, print, and event solutions.
Drive new business proactively: identify and connect with medium to large businesses through outreach, networking, and market awareness.
Act as a strategic partner: understand client goals and recommend tailored advertising strategies that deliver measurable results.
Build and manage your pipeline: maintain a strong pipeline using Salesforce and meet activity and revenue targets.
Deliver compelling presentations: lead discovery conversations and present solutions that clearly demonstrate value and ROI.
Leverage AI to win more deals: use AI-powered tools to increase efficiency, improve client engagement, and close business faster.

Qualifications
2+ years of B2B sales experience (media, advertising, or related industry preferred).

Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Existing relationships in the DFW market are a plus.
