Here’s the work you get to do:

Drive Growth & Win Business: Hunt for new opportunities, open doors, and expand our client base across Florida’s residential production builder market while consistently exceeding your sales goals, maintaining a strong pipeline consistently exceeding revenue and growth targets.

Grow Relationships: Build, protect, and deepen long-term partnerships with residential production builders, developers, and industry leaders across your assigned accounts.

Manage Your Account Portfolio: Operate with independence while staying aligned to company strategy, using CRM tools to manage accounts, track pipeline health, and ensure disciplined account management.

Execute with Precision: Ensure flawless follow-through on every opportunity, from initial conversation to bid to project kickoff, providing market intelligence to guide pricing, scope and achieve competitive positioning.

Collaborate to Deliver Results: Partner with estimating, operations, and marketing to ensure accurate bids, smooth project transitions, and consistent brand messaging, working cross-functionally to solve problems, support builders, and deliver a unique customer experience.

Stay Ahead of the Market: Track trends, competitors, and builder needs to identify opportunities and adjust strategy.

Represent Sole: Represent us at trade shows, builder expos, association meetings, and industry events to expand visibility and influence.

You have experience in residential new construction, ideally with production builders or high-volume builders.

You’re a hunter at heart; persistent, strategic, and skilled at opening new accounts.

You have a proven track record of winning business and driving growth in a competitive environment.

You are disciplined in your sales process and experienced with CRM platforms.

You’re self-directed, highly motivated, and thrive in a role with autonomy and accountability.

You’re an exceptional communicator and relationship builder who earns trust quickly.

You are willing and able to travel extensively across Florida: this is a heavy customer-facing role.
