My client is seeking an Ecommerce Sales Account Manager to own strategic growth and day‑to‑day execution across a portfolio of ecommerce retailers and wholesalers. This role is responsible for accelerating ecommerce sales, managing key retail relationships, and partnering cross‑functionally to bring product, pricing, promotions, and launches to life.
Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, this position plays a critical role in forecasting, assortment planning, and account strategy, while directly contributing to sales and profitability targets.
What You’ll Do
Manage and grow a portfolio of ecommerce and omnichannel retail accounts
Own sales performance, forecasting, budgeting, and margin targets
Execute product launches, new item setups, assortment audits, and content accuracy
Analyze sales data, promotions, OOS risks, and category trends
Partner with Digital Merchandising and Product teams on pricing, promotions, and innovation
Build strong relationships with retail buying, marketing, media, and supply chain teams
Lead regular business reviews and account planning sessions; travel as needed
