Responsibilities
Manage the paid‑advertising team of specialists
Build complete campaign strategies utilizing best practices, including campaign and ad‑group structure, keyword match types, and ad copy
Perform regular maintenance and budgeting on active accounts, optimizing for improved performance
Assist in sales scopes and keyword research, providing useful data for potential clients
Provide reporting insight to Account Strategists and clients, highlighting areas of success and improvement
Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends via blogs, podcasts, and platform tools
Track and report to CMO and VP of Operations regarding digital‑advertising department growth, profit margins, and scalability
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of digital advertising experience
Google Ads certification required; other ad‑platform certifications and Google Analytics certification recommended
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize tasks based on department needs
Strong analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable speaking with clients regularly
Experience with design tools or prior web‑design work is a plus
