We are seeking a

full‑time Sales Account Executive

for an

on‑site position

in

Kansas City . The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and building strong relationships with existing customers.

This role involves creating customized advertising and marketing solutions utilizing

multi‑platform digital and television campaigns . The Account Executive will collaborate with the creative team, achieve sales targets, analyze market trends, prepare reports, and deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Establishes and maintains credible relationships within the local business community

Makes sales calls to both new and existing clients

Maintains assigned accounts while also developing new business opportunities

Prepares and delivers sales presentations to clients

Implements strategies to consistently grow our client's revenue and exceed sales goals

Educates customers on how specific advertising solutions can best promote their products or services

Provides clients with information regarding advertising solutions across all media platforms

Develops advertising schedules in partnership with clients and station personnel

Works collaboratively with clients and station to develop effective advertisements

Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Minimum of one year of sales experience; media sales experience preferred

Strong understanding of digital advertising, marketing strategy, and campaign management

Proven ability to identify and close new business opportunities

Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills

Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools

Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

Demonstrated experience achieving long‑term objectives and executing strategies to meet goals

Proficient with computers and related technology
