Business Development Manager Are you a high-performing sales professional who thrives on building relationships, opening new doors, and driving revenue? DaMar Staffing Solutions is a growing boutique staffing firm and we are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help take us to the next level. Position Summary The Business Development Manager is responsible for generating new business, developing client relationships, and driving job orders. This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role focused on prospecting, client acquisition, and account growth. Success in this role is measured by: New client acquisition Job orders generated Revenue growth Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties as assigned) Business Development Prospect and develop new client relationships through calls, meetings, networking, and referrals Identify staffing needs and generate new job orders Build and manage a consistent pipeline using Zoho CRM Client Management Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle Maintain strong relationships with decision-makers Identify opportunities for account expansion Sales Activity & Performance Maintain consistent outreach activity (calls, meetings, follow-ups) Track all activity and pipeline metrics Meet and exceed revenue and performance targets Desired Skills and Requirements Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required. Previous experience in sales or account management a plus. 3+ years of full cycle sales. Previous staffing agency experience is a plus. Strong skills in building relationships, critical thinking, collaboration and verbal/written communication are required. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Internet and Email. Must be energetic, detail-oriented, organized, highly motivated and self-directed individual with ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Get it done attitude and work ethic; troubleshooting and negotiating skills; including ability to cold call make in-person sales calls and presentations.
