Key Responsibilities
Conduct client needs assessments to identify insurance requirements and potential risks.
Provide expert recommendations on suitable P&C insurance policies and customize solutions to clients’ needs and budget.
Guide clients through the application process for new and updated policies, ensuring a smooth experience.
Proactively manage existing policies to accommodate changing client needs.
Assist clients throughout the claims process, ensuring completion of required documentation.
Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients to build trust and provide ongoing support.
Maintain meticulous client records, manage policy documents, and stay abreast of insurance protocols and coverage requirements.
Market and prospect to attract new clients; network to expand reach.
Pursue continuous education to remain up-to-date with industry standards and emerging products.
Serve as a liaison between policyholders and insurance carriers, ensuring clear communication.
Requirements
Valid Property & Casualty insurance license or willingness to obtain one before starting work (partial reimbursement provided after training).
