Role Overview
A small pharmaceutical company is seeking a dedicated Biosimilar Account Manager to cover their Western Dallas territory. This role is pivotal in driving sales and establishing strong relationships with prescribers at top IDN's and oncology groups within the territory to meet the needs of patients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop in-depth product and disease state knowledge to effectively educate and engage healthcare professionals.
Meet and strive to exceed all quarterly and annual sales objectives by developing territory-specific sales strategies and plans.
Achieve territory sales goals/targets on a quarterly and/or annual basis.
Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to remove barriers to access.
Leverage selling skills to increase overall sales within the defined geography.
Experience and Skills
7+ years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals or medical device.
Experience with buy & bill or long sales cycles is required.
Proven success and established relationships within IDNs, Oncology, or Ophthalmology preferred
Strong connections within IDN's in the territory.
Ability to manage large territories effectively.
Salary and Benefits
Competitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $155,000 (Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location)
Strong compensation package with incentives.
