We are seeking an experienced and strategic Communications Manager to lead the development and execution of a structured, enterprise-wide internal communications strategy. This role plays a critical part in ensuring employees are informed, aligned, and engaged with the organization's priorities, culture, and direction.With internal communications as the primary focus, this role will establish a formal communications framework, standardize messaging practices, and partner closely with senior leaders to deliver clear, consistent, and effective communications. The Communications Manager will also support select external communications aligned with the company's purpose, mission, and values—helping ensure a consistent and credible voice across key stakeholders, including suppliers and dealers.What You'll DoDevelop and implement a comprehensive internal communications framework, including governance, standards, channels, and cadenceEstablish best practices that ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment across all internal communications and global entitiesCreate communication toolkits and guidance to improve messaging quality and consistency across teamsServe as the primary editorial owner for internal communications, ensuring a consistent voice and high-quality content across executive, organizational, and change communicationsPartner with senior leadership, HR, Marketing, and program management to deliver aligned communications that support key initiatives and employee programsDesign engagement-focused communication strategies and use data, insights, and employee feedback to continuously improve effectivenessOwn and optimize internal communication channels (e.g., intranet, newsletters, email) and recommend tools and technologies to enhance reach and impactSupport development of external messaging aligned with the company's purpose, mission, and valuesAssist leaders in preparing clear, consistent communications for suppliers, dealers, and other key partnersProvide guidance and coaching to leaders to enhance communication effectivenessEnsure alignment between internal and external messaging to reinforce brand and organizational positioningMaintain strict confidentiality and perform other duties as assignedWhat You Bring:Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Human Resources, or a related field4–6 years of experience in internal or corporate communicationsDemonstrated experience developing and implementing communication strategies or frameworksExperience supporting communications in a mid-sized organization (approximately 500–2,000 employees) preferredExperience with change management communicationsBackground working closely with Human Resources functionsExceptional writing, editing, and content development skillsStrong ability to translate complex information into clear, concise, and compelling messagingExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse audiencesProven ability to collaborate with and influence senior leadersStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracyDisclaimersNothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.LeMans Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
