We believe in creating a vibrant and energetic work environment where our team members can thrive and grow.Our mission is to Cultivate Kindness one tasty drink at a time.WHAT'S BREWING IN THIS ROLE...The Videographer will be responsible for creating high-quality video content that supports training, operational excellence, and brand storytelling across 7 Brew. While this role will contribute to digital and marketing content, the primary focus initially will be partnering closely with the Operations and Training teams to develop and produce training and educational video content for internal use.This position requires someone who is equally comfortable creating polished instructional content as they are supporting branded creative projects. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, organized, detail-oriented, and excited to help build scalable video resources that support the growth of the 7 Brew brand.THE FLAVOR YOU ADD...Collaborate with the operation and creative teams to conceptualize, storyboard, and execute video projectsProduce engaging branded content for social media, digital marketing, and advertising campaignsFilm, edit, and deliver high-quality video content aligned with brand standardsAssist with large-scale commercial shoots and production supportOperate cameras, audio equipment, lighting, and boom microphones during productionsTransport, organize, and set up production equipment for shootsEdit footage using industry-standard software including Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, and CapCutCreate motion graphics and animations for digital boards, advertisements, and promotional contentSupport 3D modeling, sculpting, and animation projects in BlenderMaintain organized digital assets and files within the DAM systemStay current on videography, editing, and social media trends to continuously elevate content qualityManage project timelines and production updates within work management softwarePartner closely with learning and development to create engaging training and operational video contentProduce instructional and educational videos that support onboarding, operations, and internal communication initiativesBalance creative storytelling with clear, informative, and brand-aligned content executionSupport both internal training content and external marketing initiatives as business needs evolveMUST-HAVE INGREDIENTS...Bachelor's degree in Digital Cinema, Media Production, or related field preferred3–5 years of experience in videography, media production, or content creationProficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and DaVinci ResolveExperience operating cinema cameras and DSLR equipmentStrong video editing and color grading skills, including RAW footage workflowsExperience with audio recording and editingAbility to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong storytelling, scripting, and visual communication skillsExperience with Blender or other 3D animation software preferredDrone certification preferredExcellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively on shoots and cross-functional creative projectsAbility to safely lift and move equipment up to 30 lbs.Must submit a demo reel along with resume and cover letterSkills & CompetenciesVideography & Video ProductionCreative StorytellingVideo Editing & Post-ProductionMotion Graphics & AnimationVisual Composition & Brand AlignmentAudio Recording & EditingTime Management & OrganizationCollaboration & CommunicationSocial Media Content CreationAdaptability in Fast-Paced EnvironmentsWhy Join 7 Brew?At 7 Brew, you'll be part of one of the fastest-growing QSR brands in the U.S. We offer opportunities for career development, a supportive team culture, and the chance to make a difference while having fun at work.If you're excited to join a team that values kindness, speed, and great drinks—we'd love to hear from you!
