Senior Media Producer
The Senior Media Producer manages and facilitates the day-to-day operations of the Company's internal and external media production initiatives. This position participates in all facets of development, production, and post-production execution from concept through delivery. Acting as the primary project point of contact, this role manages schedules, budgets, and correspondence, while maintaining proper departmental processes. Additionally, the Senior Producer is responsible for ensuring that all deliverables meet the requirements of digital asset management, which involves pre‑production research, negotiations with external partners and teams, tracking of video and photography assets, and ensuring contract and licensing compliance in partnership with Legal.

Responsibilities

Manages and organizes multiple photoshoots simultaneously, ensuring all pre‑production and on‑set needs are anticipated and met.

Oversees resource management, evaluates production demands on a weekly basis, and schedules projects with staff and/or production vendors accordingly.

Leads planning meetings with Art Buyer, clients, creative teams, and marketing agencies to determine creative direction, production, timelines, budgets, and unique requirements for each project.

Assesses unique requirements for each production and creates strategic recommendations for internal and external teams to meet marketing objectives, budget, and operational parameters.

Researches, hires, and schedules outside vendors such as equipment, photographers, and freelance crews.

Creates and manages budgets for productions ranging from small productions to large, complex productions.

Manages a team of freelance crews on project‑oriented tasks through various stages of projects from production development and post‑production (including reconciling invoices, vendor payments, budgets, and management of assets, agreements, and licenses).

Partners and collaborates with Legal, Risk Management, and other appropriate property partners to ensure the safety and legal compliance of each production.

Collaborates with senior executives, agency Art Buyer, marketing agencies, and key creative teams (e.g., Directors, producers, talent agents, retouchers) to ensure projects remain on budget, are executed based on the vision of creative and client expectations, and are on schedule.

Researches and evaluates creative and technical trends.

Develops and guides internal and external teams on best practices of photo production.

Works with agency Art Buyer to review and track copyright and vendor information and ensures compliance with licensing parameters for images (Digital Asset Management).

Develops, implements, and tracks processes to enhance efficiencies and creative output in partnership with agency Art Buyer.

Partners with agency Art Buyer to continually expand the talent roster (nationally and regionally), negotiating rates and usage.

Partners with agency Art Buyer in the management of the image library, including assigning appropriate metadata to assets to ensure accurate usage rights and archiving.

Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.

At least 3+ years of prior relevant experience.

Preferred experience in commercial, corporate, or other high‑end production and/or post‑production.
