Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Videographer/Photographer to join our multimedia team. The ideal candidate will work within our Multimedia department across several areas of advertising, promotion, marketing, and some editorial, serving as a producer and creator to meet the visual content needs of clients and staff. This role requires a creative eye, technical expertise, and a passion for storytelling through both video and photography. We are looking for a self-starter who enjoys being creative and wants to be involved and work with an energetic, creative, and fun team.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with advertising representatives to understand client needs and project objectives.

Shoot high-quality videos and photos for various marketing campaigns and projects.

Edit video and photo content using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom) and or DaVinci Resolve.

Ensure all visual content aligns with the client’s brand and message.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in video production and photography.

Work periodically shooting portraits for photo galleries and promotional videos for the web at Business events.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Videographer/Photographer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom).

Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, and camera equipment- audio and video.

Experienced working in a photo/video studio and doing setups on location.

Strong storytelling skills and a keen eye for detail.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to take direction.

Preferred Qualifications

Degree in Film, Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Experience working in an advertising or marketing agency.

Familiarity with social media platforms and their video/photo requirements.
