Position Overview
Are you someone who notices the details others miss and knows how to turn real work into a story people connect with?
We’re looking for a Marketing Content Specialist to help capture and share the work happening every day across our projects. This role is hands‑on and execution‑focused, working both in the field and behind the scenes to support our marketing efforts.
You’ll be responsible for creating consistent, high‑quality content that reflects our craftsmanship, our people, and the experience we deliver to homeowners.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build real‑world experience and grow their skill set across multiple areas of marketing.
What You’ll Do
Content Capture & Creation
Capture photo and video content on job sites, in Design Centers, and during homeowner interactions
Document projects from start to finish (before, during, after)
Edit and prepare content for use across digital platforms
Social Media & Digital Content
Create and publish content across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google
Write clear, engaging captions and short‑form content
Support website and blog updates as needed
Email & Campaign Support
Assist with email campaigns, including newsletters and promotional sends
Support the execution of marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions
Content Planning & Coordination
Help maintain and execute the marketing content calendar
Coordinate with internal teams to gather project updates and content opportunities
Collaboration
Work with Sales, Design, and Production teams to capture content and align messaging
Support general marketing and brand initiatives as needed
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or a related field
Strong writing and communication skills
Experience creating photo and video content (professional camera experience is a plus, but not required)
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Comfortable working in the field and interacting with team members and homeowners
Portfolio Requirement
