As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting departmental objectives and driving the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. We are seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented candidate with a proactive, can-do attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to contribute across project management, marketing operations, and reporting, while growing your skills and impact within the team.
This position reports to the Senior Marketing Manager, Field Marketing NYC, and requires in-office presence five days per week.
Responsibilities
Project Management
Provide administrative and coordination support to the marketing team for seamless agent project execution.
Maintain a vigilant approach to project tracking, consistent reporting on task progress, and providing updates on critical agent and department projects.
Help develop global solutions to improve efficiency across marketing processes.
Assist in the organization and execution of custom projects in collaboration with the field marketing team.
Maintain and update key internal resources and documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Contribute to ongoing process improvements and adoption of new tools and workflows.
Data & Reporting
Support the aggregation, analysis, and reporting of marketing data to inform team and leadership decisions.
Maintain accurate datasets through regular audits and updates across platforms.
Assist in tracking performance metrics and identifying trends to support strategic initiatives.
Platform & Tools
Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's proprietary platforms and tools for marketing projects, internal tracking, and communication.
Leverage knowledge of marketing resources to provide guidance and recommendations to agents.
Assist agents in navigating marketing platforms and tools.
Support database management and uphold data integrity across systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Marketing/Advertising is preferred.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, coupled with a customer service-oriented approach.
Diplomatic demeanor with the ability to maintain a positive can-do attitude in all professional situations.
Strong project and time management skills, showcasing an acute awareness of deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and effectively educate others.
Open-minded team player with a boundless curiosity.
Excellent organization, verbal, and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Experience with data analysis and reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Office365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with strong Excel skills preferred. Experience with AirTable is a plus.
Fast learner with a proven ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, collaborative, self-motivated, and fast-paced environment.
