This role spans every client surface — identity, campaigns, digital, and beyond — with every decision made in service of the brand and the results it must deliver. Working closely with brand strategists, marketing experts, and our clients, the Art Director ensures all work meets the highest standard.
This role demands both creative excellence and collaborative leadership. The Art Director produces senior-level work while elevating those around, setting the bar for output that is outcome-driven, brand-aligned, and industry-leading.
Top 5 Role Outcomes

Brand Identity & Visual Systems

— Develop and own logo systems, visual identity, and brand guidelines that define how a client's brand looks and feels across every surface. Identity work at this level goes beyond aesthetics — it expresses positioning, builds recognition, and compounds brand value over time.
Industry-Leading Creative Production

— Concept, direct, and produce design work across campaigns, digital interfaces, and brand engagements that meets the highest creative standard. Every deliverable — regardless of format or surface — is grounded in strategy, built with craft, and designed to perform.
Creative Team Elevation

— Guide, direct, and elevate creative output across the team — working alongside designers, media producers, and brand specialists to ensure every deliverable meets the standard. Set the creative bar and help everyone around you clear it.
Client Creative Leadership

— Lead creative discovery sessions, present concepts with confidence and authority, and build strong working relationships with clients. Understand client needs deeply enough to translate them into creative solutions — and communicate those solutions in a way that earns trust and moves work forward.
