Job Description

This is a remote position. Competencies & Skills required We are looking for a graphic designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. You will be responsible for defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics for all social media handles. Must have a solid understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, color theory, and other design principles. Must be a team oriented individual who can also work well independently. Must have an advanced level of knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) on Mac OSX. Have an impeccable taste and a compulsive eye for detail Have a passion for creating new and creative branding units and marketing collateral Be able to quickly deliver strong designs during rapid, iterative processes and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Responsibilities
Create strong concepts, articulating these through images and text as well as using media resources to produce brands/campaign
Developing social media designs, online creative ads, web designs for all campaigns
Designing brochures, illustrations, logos
Creation of aesthetic & effective visual designs for campaigns
Ensure brand consistency and high design standards across all platforms to promote uniformity
Must be a deadline-driven and detail-oriented individual, who is a multi-tasker with the ability to respond quickly to multiple projects using strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines for projects - all on schedule and within budget
Needs to be proactive enough to always be on top of all the branding activities being executed
Participate in creating a road-map for campaigns with the marketing team
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand guidelines
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
Working with our marketing & product team to determine methods to improve the learning experience of users
Scheduling tasks independently and working to meet strict deadlines
