Rippling, New York, NY, USA

Job type: Full Time

Rippling Employer Brand Manager Rippling has spent the last year building its Employer Brand function from the ground up — establishing foundational programs, cross-functional relationships, and an initial narrative platform. Now we need someone to take it to the next level.
This is a senior, strategic role responsible for shaping how Rippling is understood as a place to work — globally. You'll own the Employer Value Proposition, lead a coordinated content and storytelling program across candidate touch points, and serve as the strategic bridge between Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and Communications. Rippling is scaling fast, hiring aggressively across engineering, GTM, and business roles, and EB has a direct line to hiring outcomes.
What You'll Own Define Rippling's EVP: Collaborate with stakeholders to articulate Rippling's Employee Value Proposition, tailored to engineering and product talent.
Create Compelling Content: Develop and manage a library of videos, blogs, and social media assets showcasing our technical challenges and innovative culture.
Drive Recruitment Marketing: Build and implement campaigns targeting diverse audiences in the U.S. and Bangalore, integrating employee stories and technical showcases.
Foster Stakeholder Relationships: Work closely with Rippling leaders to identify and tell compelling stories, both internally and externally.
Manage Reputation: Oversee Rippling's presence on platforms like Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and Blind, ensuring we engage proactively with reviews and feedback.
Live Events: Plan and execute technical recruiting events and meetups to build a pipeline of candidates.
Optimize Channels: Use analytics to drive adoption of recruiting assets and ensure maximum impact.
Strategic Recognition: Pursue awards like "Best Places to Work" to elevate Rippling's employer brand.
What You Will Need Exceptional Storyteller: Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with technical and creative audiences.
Scrappy and Resourceful: Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, with a knack for finding creative solutions and delivering impactful results, even with limited resources.
Strategic Thinker: Capable of seeing the big picture while executing detailed projects, balancing long-term goals with short-term wins.
Relationship Builder: Skilled at building trust and confidence with stakeholders, from executives to team leads, and adept at navigating cross-functional dynamics.
Data-Informed Marketer: Uses analytics to measure the impact of campaigns and continuously refine strategies to drive engagement and adoption.
Strong Writer: Comfortable producing a variety of content types, from videos and blogs to social media campaigns and recruiter toolkits.
Proactive and Autonomous: Takes ownership of projects, drives them to completion, and consistently delivers high-quality results without extensive oversight.
Adaptable and Resilient: Can pivot strategies quickly and remain effective under changing priorities and constraints.
