Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities
In this role, you will report directly to the Sales Manager and will be responsible for selling our IT products and services. You will perform cold calling to generate new business and handle customer service inquiries, consistently meeting and exceeding targets, and seizing opportunities to sell IT services as they arise.

You will be the main point of contact for your customers, proactively attracting new business, establishing relationships with customers and prospects, and collaborating with the marketing, sales manager, and technical departments on projects and opportunities.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that any goods purchased are acquired at the best possible price or deal, and you will be in charge of your own purchasing with distributors and suppliers.
