Marketing Director As a Marketing Director enthusiastic about Fidelity Health? Brand Marketing, you will blend your business and marketing expertise with a passion for launching new initiatives. Working within a cross-functional team, you will use your expertise to develop strategic marketing plans, marketing materials, sales collateral, and paid media. You are a team-player and are confident communicating and working with creative agencies, internal business partners, and executives. You will also be committed to maintaining and developing your marketing skills to ensure you bring the latest thinking to your role.
The successful candidate will be a critical member of Fidelity’s Workplace Investing (WI) Product Marketing team, while working directly with the Fidelity Health? Tribe, in an Agile structure. The WI Product Marketing team is looking for a curious, diligent, marketer who has a strong brand background with launch and Lead Gen experience and enjoys working in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.
Location: Smithfield, RI, open to Boston, MA
Must Have:
Experience communicating with multiple stakeholders in different levels of a company
MS Office Suite is the main tool
The Skills and Expertise You Have:
Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
10+ years developing strategy and implementing marketing initiatives with large cross-functional teams
Validated experience in B2B marketing, ideally some in financial
Product, Segment, or Brand management
Experience managing creative agency partners
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud products and services
Experience in a digitally led sales organization is a plus
Experience in a startup environment is also a plus
History of building and deploying primarily digital marketing strategies with some multi-channel plans across a wide range of channels
Crafting convincing presentations with PowerPoint for internal partners
Creative and strategic spark – excitement about blending creativity and analysis
History of growing in an ever-evolving market
Data-driven approach to understanding client needs and optimizing marketing strategy
Motivated by working together to deliver agreed business outcomes
A background or curiosity about understanding retirement products and the dissimilar roles service providers play in servicing employers today
