About the Team Digital Web Creative is a dynamic team of talented, digital marketing designers and digital production artists. We work closely with our copy counterparts to make our catalogs, emails and digital assets come alive with the Pottery Barn Kids brand voice. We also collaborate closely with our cross‑functional partners in eCom, Front End, Brand Marketing, Photo Studio and PR to name a few! About the Role The Senior Copywriter will write and produce editorial content to enhance the customer experience and engagement throughout the customer journey for our Pottery Barn Kids website, email and social platforms.
Responsibilities Write engaging, fresh, and compelling editorial that inspires and informs our customers
Partner with Creative Director and Design Leads to support brand initiatives across digital platforms, retail and print
Maintain a forward‑thinking approach, leveraging industry trends and best practices to keep the brand editorially compelling, innovative and inspirational
Use AI as a creative partner to streamline workflows, pressure‑test ideas, and evolve how the copy team works, while protecting the brand voice and editorial craft
Ensure consistent messaging across all channels, including but not limited to web, email, social, product details and print
Continually maintain, drive and evolve team processes to support creative efficiencies and standards
Maintain and elevate brand voice and copy style guide
Write and proofread editorial content
Self‑manage effectively to support a fast‑paced environment with moving deadlines
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and growth
Ensure projects meet business and creative deadlines

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple, competing tasks
Outstanding communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail and work well within tight deadlines
Familiarity with current online advertising practices and functionality
Bachelor’s Degree

The expected starting pay range for this position is $100,000- $115,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets.
