Overview TULA is hiring a Digital Designer to lead the digital design experience and creative POV for a premium skincare brand at the start of a transformative relaunch. TULA is seeking a digital native with an expertise and strong foundational knowledge in the digital space to elevate and amplify our creative presence. This role requires someone who can see the bigger brand vision while confidently navigating and delivering against the complexities of the digital ecosystem, owning their own work while partnering collaborative with multi-functional teams.
We’re looking for a passionate do-er, curious strategic thinker, and a quick builder — someone energized by new ideas, continuous learning, and optimizing work to drive excellence.
Responsibilities Responsible for owning & executing large-scale digital design projects from ideation to execution, effectively managing competing priorities and executing creative briefs across site, digital marketing, and e-commerce platforms. Own ~60 POA per month for site design
Ideate & iterate on best-in-class digital designs & PDP executions to ensure brand world is being delivered with a unique & premium execution. Edit & execute video stimulus AND curate video for storytelling
Own creating & executing brand book guidelines, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.
Develop, manage, and maintain Figma-based design systems to support both internal and external design teams.
Be the continuity between all digital assets, knowing what’s currently in market & what needs to be delivered for the brand design & per campaign; maintaining consistency and being proactive on future work
Own & create in partnership with the CD & experience designer campaign toolkits & shot lists.
Be a key partner to multifunctional teams, specifically UX, & digital to ensure best-in-class collaboration, proactive creative support, design consistency, and implement best practices across the business, cultivating strong relationships to drive seamless execution and a “one team one dream” mentality.
Seek and leverage data-driven insight from cross-functional partners to inform creative decisions, staying at the forefront of industry innovations and software advancements to bring fresh ideas to the team
Present designs to senior leadership to gain buy-in on creative decisions and work with project management to propose new solutions that maximize resources and operational efficiency
Be a thought leader & on the pulse of new digital innovations, processes, tools, & thinking, by which you’ll own influencing & integrating into the brand & business.
Qualifications 5+ years of experience in digital design with strong creative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into innovative design solutions.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of digital design work, including web and mobile platforms, UX/UI, and creative direction.
Proven track record of building and maintaining design systems and brand guidelines for digital products.
Proven track record for an eye for premium beauty and an elevated LTF
Proficient in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, InVision, etc.).
Expertise in UI/UX design principles, with a deep understanding of responsive and adaptive design strategies.
The expected starting salary for this role is $100,000 - $115,000 with bonus potential. Exact salary is determined based on skills and experience.
