Marketing Manager Requirements & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in marketing, media planning, and brand strategy (in-house or agency)
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field
Proven ability to lead campaigns that drive engagement and results
Deep understanding of digital media and performance marketing, including paid social and display channels
Strong creative instincts with data-driven decision-making skills
Exceptional collaboration skills, with experience partnering across creative, executive, and operational teams
Enthusiasm for entertainment, pop culture, and building standout brands
Ability to work 100% in-office (Mon–Fri), with occasional travel
Capable of meeting physical requirements, including standing, walking, climbing stairs, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working around flashing lights and loud noises
Marketing Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities Develop and lead integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media
Craft and execute on-brand creative concepts in sync with social marketing strategies
Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to deliver impactful campaigns
Manage marketing budgets with a focus on performance and ROI
Drive limited-time offers, seasonal promotions, and activation campaigns for new experiences, films, and products
Support local venue leaders and sales teams with events and promotions
Manage relationships with vendors, studio partners, and strategic collaborators
Analyze and optimize campaign performance using key metrics
Ensure brand consistency in messaging and visuals across all channels
