About The Role
We're a marketing and creative agency looking for a Brand/Account Manager to be the connective tissue between our clients and our creative team. You'll own the relationships, steer the work, and make sure every project ships on time, on budget, and on brand. This is a role for someone who's equal parts strategist, project manager, and trusted advisor. You understand that great creative doesn't happen by accident—it happens because someone is asking the right questions, protecting the team's focus, and keeping the client confident every step of the way. That someone is you.
What You'll Do
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, building strong, trust-based relationships
Lead client meetings, presentations, and status calls with clarity and confidence
Translate client goals and feedback into clear, actionable briefs for creative, photography, and production teams
Own project timelines, budgets, and scopes—flagging risks early and keeping everything on track
Collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, photographers, and strategists to deliver work that exceeds expectations
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through new projects, retainers, or expanded scopes
Manage approvals, revisions, and deliverables across multiple workstreams without losing the thread
Contribute to new business pitches and proposals when the right opportunity comes up
Keep internal stakeholders informed with clear, concise updates—no surprises
What You Bring
3-5 years of account management or client services experience at a marketing, creative, or advertising agency
A track record of managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously without dropping the ball
Strong understanding of the creative process and what it takes to produce high-quality brand, digital, and content work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you can write a sharp brief, present with poise, and de-escalate a tense email thread
Comfort with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Trello, or similar) and collaboration platforms (Slack, Figma, Google Workspace)
A calm, organized, solutions-first mindset—especially when timelines tighten or scope shifts
Genuine curiosity about your clients' businesses and the industries they operate in
Nice to Have
Experience working with brands in CPG, beauty, apparel, hospitality, or e-commerce
Background in integrated campaigns spanning brand, digital, social, and content
Familiarity with media buying, paid social, or performance marketing
Experience contributing to new business development or pitch work
What We Offer
Competitive salary commensurate with experience
Health, dental, and vision benefits
Paid time off and holidays401(k) with company match
A collaborative, creative-first environment where your voice shapes the work
Clear pathways to grow into senior account leadership roles
