Candidate must be based in the Great Minneapolis area (without relocating) for in person client visits.

We have several large customers in the region we are looking to grow!

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business development through direct client engagement, territory planning, and prospecting for direct hire staffing opportunities.

This role requires a "hunter" mentality with a strategic approach to prospecting and developing relationships. The Account Executive will actively engage in business development & prospecting, Client Engagement & Sales Process Activities and Revenue Performance Management.

The day to day of this position is fully remote- with an expectation of visiting clients in person around the twin cities area 2-3 times per week.

Analyze market trends, leverage industry expertise, and strategically position Randstad Digital to maximize growth potential within the direct hire space.

Execute a strategic prospecting plan using multi-channel approaches (cold calling, networking, social selling, referrals).

Participate in industry events, professional associations, and networking activities to generate leads.

Establish and cultivate strong relationships with your client at senior levels as well as external and internal partners to maximize growth within territory / accounts.

Develop compelling proposals and presentations that highlight direct hire value propositions.

Conduct formal sales presentations to prospective clients, focusing on direct hire services.

Negotiate service agreements, contracts, and fee structures for new accounts.

Track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts.

Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure proper support for new client requirements.

What you need to bring:

2-10 years of sales experience, preferably in professional services or b2b tech.

Demonstrated success in new business development and prospecting.

Ability to navigate and engage with decision-makers at various organizational levels.

Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of successful conversions.

Strong problem-solving and creative thinking capabilities.

Spirit of entrepreneurship and high energy.

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 (plus, uncapped commission structure)
