A company is looking for a Medical Editor II.
Key Responsibilities

Complete all editorial steps for assigned brands, including editing, fact-checking, and proofreading
Help set and maintain brand styles and style guides while participating in meetings to advise on timelines and workflows
Oversee freelancers' work and manage assigned tasks while ensuring adherence to editorial processes

Required Qualifications

2-4 years of editing experience in a healthcare and/or pharmaceutical advertising agency
Strong knowledge of grammar and the AMA Manual of Style 11th Edition
Familiarity with Workfront Proof and/or Ziflow
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to manage both micro and macro details
Comfortable working in an all-remote setting; familiarity with Veeva Vault and product launch experience are a plus
