About the Role
This role builds marketing strategies and supports campaign execution powered by enhanced technology, real‑time data and advanced analytics. It requires expertise in customer lifecycle marketing, new marketing technologies, and multi‑channel marketing.

Responsibilities

Develop insight‑driven Customer Marketing strategies and campaigns, recommend marketing channels, creative, and testing.

Lead launches of large and complex marketing initiatives and campaigns from intent development to execution.

Drive optimized usage of key Martech platforms and own new platform use cases.

Work cross‑functionally with partners including Campaign Operations, Business Analysts, Tech teams, Product teams, Legal & Compliance, 3rd‑party vendors.

Write clear test documents and plans.

Translate business goals into effective creative briefs.

Analyze data to make informed decisions and present insights.

Manage creative development to ensure brand consistency and quality.

Lead research workstreams to generate actionable insights.

Identify opportunities for expansion, optimization, and improvement.

Contribute to future state vision for Capital One marketing.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.

At least 2 years of Marketing experience.

At least 1 year of Customer Marketing experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications.

3+ years of Marketing experience.

2+ years of Customer Marketing experience.

At least 1 year with Marketing technology tools and platforms.

Compensation
McLean, VA: $96,500 – $110,100 (Sr. Associate, Marketing)

Richmond, VA: $87,700 – $100,100 (Sr. Associate, Marketing)
