About this Role The Kinetic Field Account Manager I role will drive B2B sales of Uniti products and services to small and mid-size businesses within designated communities. This role focuses on building strong client relationships and achieving sales success. We provide extensive training and support to ensure your success. The Kinetic Field Account Manager will be assigned a customer base within a territory, with leads to help ensure success.
What You’ll Do Prospect Engagement: Engage daily with prospective business clients, building rapport to generate sales within your assigned market.
Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with business clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand and meet their needs with tailored solutions.
Sales Environment: Work within a performance-driven environment designed for rewards-based roles, delivering exceptional customer service and sales results.
Compensation Structure: Competitive base salary and monthly commissions based on sales performance.
What You’ll Need Self-Motivation: Strong drive to achieve success in a competitive B2B sales environment, with a focus on building client relationships and closing deals.
Essential Skills: Excellent communication, organization, time management, and presentation skills.
Sales Experience: Prior customer-facing sales experience is beneficial but not required; a passion for sales and relationship building is crucial.
Educational Background: A college degree or equivalent and 2-4 years of professional experience, or 6+ years of related experience; or a combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands Physical tasks include standing, walking, sitting, driving, bending, crouching, pushing/pulling, carrying, reaching above head, lifting/lowering, repetitive hand actions, and fine manipulation with varying percentages. See job specifics for details.
