Brand Creative Project Manager

Our client, a Financial company, is looking for a Brand Creative Project Manager for their Richmond, VA location.
Responsibilities:
The Creative Project Manager is responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, and trafficking of creative projects ensuring consistency with client strategy, commitments and goals.
Works with creative team, marketing strategists, and channel managers to deliver projects such as emails, signage, environmental design, direct mail, social, web, display, video, etc.
Prioritization: Facilitates new project intakes for resourcing needs by business priority
Builds out project plans and manages assignments to ensure timely delivery of assets
Utilizes workflow management tool (Workfront) for successful project delivery
Build timelines and workflows
Own & Manage marketing roadmaps
Track project progress and ensure timelines kept up to date
Proactively problem solve/troubleshoot for team
Provide reporting as necessary for team(s) and leadership
Facilitates team ceremonies such as stand-ups, kickoffs, creative reviews, and retrospectives
Implements and manages project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
Provide direction and support to program team and creative services teams
Partners with Program Manager to understand and improve upon overall team efficiencies, workflows & processes
This is a Brand Creative Project Manager role with strong Project Management, Creative / Digital Marketing / Advertising, Workfront and excellent communications background.
Revenue generates marketing, do airport lounges, do menus, digital screens, and video shoots
Building the schedules getting kickoffs on calendars, connecting praters on all the criteria using Workfront
Manage high volume of 20+ projects
Escalate on road blocks
Leading stand ups, status, engaging the conversation on the project progress
Working with Cafe's creative team
Home campaigns (Integrated campaigns), billboards, subways, mall ads, etc.—they have specific market deadlines because a lot of money is invested, so they want someone who can speak to leaders.
Build timelines and workflows.
Supporting digital and/or social channels
Doing coordination and implementation of creative projects, ensuring consistency with client strategy, commitments, and goals.
Presenting to senior leaders
Requirements:
An ideal candidate would be able to help guide cross-functional resources for timely project completion and be comfortable presenting to senior leaders and decision makers.
Comfortable managing a high-volume (20+) of concurrent projects with shifting deadlines/priorities across numerous lines of business simultaneously
Independently drives both tactical and strategic initiatives forward
Comfort with white space thinking; uses advanced problem solving skills to drive clarity
Communicates with excellent written, presentation and interpersonal skills
Remains calm and resilient when faced with shifting priorities and roadblocks
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Communications or related field or equivalent work experience required
At least 4-5 years of direct work experience in Project Management required
3+ years experience with in-house creative, or advertising agency, or digital marketing preferred
1-2 years experience with Workfront or a similar platform preferred
3+ years experience reviewing visual design and written content preferred
3+ years experience supporting digital or social channels preferred
HM is fine with Marketing Managers with Project Management & Workfront or similar tools exp
Project Management exp is a must
Creative Inhouse / Advertising / Digital Marketing exp is a must
Workfront / Similar tools exp is a must
Need a project manager leader with strong project management skills.
Vendor relationship/management
Need someone who has experience in stakeholder management because they have seasonal campaigns twice a year, so a lot of stakeholder involvement
Creative & brand experience
Need someone who has really good communication skills - collaborate with vendors, leaders, and other senior members.
Knowing how creative timelines and deadlines
Need someone with in-house or advertising or digital marketing.
