Requirements

10+ years of creative experience within design, advertising, production, or media environments

Strong portfolio demonstrating work across live action, documentary, social, and branded storytelling formats

Experience collaborating on animation or mixed-media projects

Ability to develop concepts end-to-end from strategic brief through final delivery

Strong writing and scripting abilities, including treatments, shot scripts, and interview frameworks
