About the Campaigns Team
The Campaigns team is a leading Democratic political consulting and direct mail firm with a record of winning tough races. We serve as strategists and producers of campaign mail from start to finish, working across the country.

About This Role
BerlinRosen is seeking a Junior Account Executive to join the Campaigns and Political Direct Mail team for the 2026 campaign cycle. The role focuses on keeping the team on schedule and providing clients with timely, high‑quality creative services. Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail‑oriented, and self‑starter, thriving in a fast‑paced environment and passionate about electing Democrats.

Role Location
This role is based in our New York, N.Y. or Washington, D.C. office; New York is preferred. The Campaigns team is in‑office at least 3+ days per week.

Accountabilities and Qualifications

Manage production and drive internal processes for political direct mail

Work directly with campaign clients

Edit direct mail content

Assist with photo shoots

Help maintain budgets

Essential Skills

1+ year of experience in politics, ideally on a campaign or a fast‑paced environment

High level of organization, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to multitask

Ability to manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

Strong proofreading and writing skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Solid quantitative skills

Working at Orchestra
Salary: $65,000 annually (prorated).
