Ensure Sterling’s marketing vision is translated into clear plans and executed cleanly across email, social, video, and digital channels, without requiring constant director oversight.

Copy written by leadership is formatted, QA’d, and distributed correctly

Emails, blogs, and social posts go out when planned

Errors are rare and caught before launch

95%+ of scheduled content publishes on time

Near-zero broken links, formatting issues, or incorrect assets

Minimal rework requested by Directors

2. Social content is planned, scheduled, and tracked

What success looks like

A clear view exists of what has gone out and what’s coming next

Posts are scheduled consistently across platforms

Performance is monitored and summarized

Weekly or monthly performance snapshot provided

No gaps or duplicate posts

3. Video shoots are prepared and supported effectively
