Business Development Manager – US Staffing Diverse Lynx is looking to fill Business Development Manager – US Staffing.
Location Princeton, NJ and Noida, India
Job Responsibilities Must have minimum 4 years of experience into business development. Should have a deep understanding of the US staffing business processes
Make new clients (MSP/VMS clients) based in the United States and gather requirements and negotiating deals with the clients.
Responsible for getting new leads/requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
Prospecting and outreach for the new business and generate sales leads as well as closing the sales.
Involved in end to end business development activities.
Responsible and accountable for all aspects of assigned VMS/MSP client relations management, including cultivation, administration and maintenance of the VMS/MSP client relationship.
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written and verbal communications skills. Ability to successfully communicate with contacts via the phone, email, video and presentations.
